Created to deliver the best of British Adventure, we are a collaboration of UK athletes looking to explore, share and inspire others to get out there. As well as documenting our own adventures, we offer others a chance to experience the outdoors on our intensive adventure weekends.

Paul grew up in Pembrokshire National Park, Wales. After graduating, he moved to New Zealand for three years. Based in the UK again, he continues to work for the same NZ based travel company. With an impressive triathlon and adventure racing background, he specialises in endurance expeditions.
Having studied Outdoor Leadership at University, Ed (or Ted) has instructed a variety of adventure sports all over the world. He is a fully qualified coach and instructor in multiple water and land sports as well as a certified mountain leader. Ed is always looking to push the boundaries of his own and also his clients.
Aaron was lucky enough to grow up in the Lake District, climbing his first big peaks from 5 years old. Once a serious downhill mountain biker, he now spends most of his time on bikepacking adventures or climbing big mountains. Aaron is a freelance photographer and film producer based in London but spends a lot of his time between in Scotland or the French Alps.
Emily or 'Scottie' is a professional ski instructor and adventure athlete. Multiple Ironwoman and Team GB triathlete, she's always looking for new challenges. Scottie grew up in Northern Ireland but is currently teaching skiing in Japan. Affectionately nicknamed "the smurf", what she lacks in height, she makes up for in smiles
Annabel grew up in a family of racing cyclists and outdoor enthsiasts in the North East of England. Her previous focus of cycling road racing and cyclocross has now developed in to a love of bikepacking and adventure on two wheels, which she fits in around full-time work. She will usually produce a homemade cake or two from her bag on a trip.
